LOCATING THE PRODUCTS YOU WANT

While you can browse the products simply by clicking the CATALOG link on the navigation bar, this will show every product we sell on one continuous page. If you are new to the sight and are not sure what you want this can be a great way to see everything. However if you are looking for specific merchandise such as hats, coffee cups, alien themed merchandis, etc. you can use the SEARCH feature to look at what you want to buy. Showing customers what they are looking to buy as opposed to what we want you to buy is a point of pride for us. When you do a search on a typical ecommerce website for a specific product, even when you search by name brand or a very specific item such as a motorcycle part, most sites show you what they want to sell you instead of what you want to buy. We have made every effort to make sure that when you search for apples you get apples not brussel sprouts.

SEARCH HINTS

When using the SEARCHfeature SUGGESTIONS will show up underneath the SEARCH INPUT BOX . As the suggestions appear just keep typing to narrow down what you want to search for. If the suggestions disappear it means there is a typo somewhere. Check both your typing and our keyword suggestions(We being human make mistakes too). Click search when you narrow down what you are looking for. However if the suggestions disappear use the backspace key until they re-appear, then click the SUBMIT button.

SELECTING PRODUCTS TO BUY

After you have located the products you are interested in buying, you simply have to check the little white box next to the image of the product. You can check one or more products that you see displayed. At the bottom of the page displaying the products is a button on the left hand side. It says ADD_TO_CART. Click this and a new page will load with the products you selected by checking the little white box. On this new page each selected product will be displayed with information on the price of each piece and the minimum quantity that must be purchased. Note that the minimum quantity is also the lot size. This means that if the minimum quantity is 100 pieces, the next highest quantity to purchase would be 200 pieces, then 300 pieces. In other words multiples of 100.

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER

For maximum security all payments are done by phone speaking to a live agent. Established Hot Racks customers that have completed an accepted credit application may be given payment terms. New Customers will be required to pay prior to shipping of their order.

SHIPPING

The final step in placing you order is entering your billing address and if being shipped to a different location your shipping address the receipt for your purchase will be sent vis SMS to your cell phone. All SMS receipts do not include the shipping charges. Shipping charges will be disclosed when payment is taken over the phone.
